Aksharadaan seeks personal information of donors about name, address in terms of city, profession and email id as a mandatory information. This information is accessible only to Aksharadaan to support communication with donors and to analyse patterns of donors. This information will not be used for any other purposes and shared to anybody without the permission of concerned donors. The name of the donor and contribution would be published on the platform if the donor agrees for the same.
The security and confidentiality of the transaction along with personal information of donors will be strictly protected by industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to strictly avoid any interceptions and leakage of information. The account details or credit/debit card information of donors will not be sold or traded to third parties and shared with third parties unless required by law.

Aksharadaan.net offers Subscribers domain name registration, website hosting, and email hosting services for the duration of the service term purchased from Website.com. Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. Website.com reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Access to the web and email servers is terminated upon expiry of the Service.
5. Donations
The donations are made through Aksharadaan platform for three different parties viz School principal, student and Aksharadaan charitable trust. The terms and conditions mentioned below specifically refers to the donations targeted to Aksharadaan Charitable trust.
Aksharadaan Charitable trust receives donations purely for voluntary service and for meeting costs towards aksharadaan digital platform operational maintenance, software development costs and awareness campaigns. The donations will be sought as FUNDRAISER on the platform for each activity individually by providing necessary details.
The donations received will be exactly to the cost of each individual activity and do not involve any profit making. The donations will be spent for the purpose for which received and for any deviations in spending prior permission will be received from donors.
The expenditure details on the specific activity along with receipts will be provided on the platform for the respective donors within one month of completion of the activity. The donor could seek for any clarification only within one month of publishing the expenditure details and thereafter it stands closed.
6. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
7. Variation of Terms
Aksharadaan is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana. Aksharadaan has right to change the terms and conditions as necessary and same will be updated on the platform. The updated terms and conditions will be applicable retrospectively for all the donors. In the event of any dispute against Aksharadaan by the donors,the same shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad.
10.Refund Policy Aksharadaan has right to cancel for valid reasons any planned activity for which donations are received. In the vent of cancellation of the activity, the donations will be refunded within the 15 days of cancellation of an activity. However, once the donor makes donations, donor has no option to claim for withdrawing donation and seek refund of money.
